Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g coconut flour
- 100 g almond flour
- 2 tbsp, heaped Stevia
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp, heaped vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp, heaped protein powder, optional
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g honey
- 300 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
hardly any sugar, no flour
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then add the egg, honey, and sliced butter. Knead everything by hand until a smooth dough forms. Roll out as needed and cut out cookies. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 10-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cookies.
