Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g coconut flour
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp, heaped Stevia
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp, heaped vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped protein powder, optional
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g honey
  • 300 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then add the egg, honey, and sliced ​​butter. Knead everything by hand until a smooth dough forms. Roll out as needed and cut out cookies. Place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for approximately 10-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cookies.
