Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the radishes, and dry them thoroughly. Cut them into very fine slices with a sharp knife. Cut the chives into very fine rolls. Mix the vinegar and water with ½ teaspoon of salt until the salt is completely dissolved. Whisk in the oil. Mix in the radishes. Sprinkle with the chives and season with freshly ground pepper. Mix fresh and enjoy!
