Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce (green salad)
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar, to your taste
- Dill, fresh or frozen
- 1 lemon(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Prepare the vinegar/oil marinade and season to taste, then add the dill. Peel the lemon and dice it into small pieces. Mix everything well.
