Colorful salad with vegetables, ham, salami, cheese

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g ham
  • 70 g salami
  • 150g Gouda
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small can of green beans, approx. 400 g
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ garlic clove(s)
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the ham, salami, and Gouda cheese and place them in a bowl. Halve the bell pepper, deseed it, remove the white membranes, and slice the pepper into strips. Drain the beans and add them to the bowl. Mix a marinade of oil, vinegar, and mustard. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Add to the marinade and pour over the ingredients in the bowl. Toss the salad and let it sit at room temperature for about 1 hour. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, but be careful, as the ham and salami also have a spicy flavor.
