Rice pan with Nuremberg bratwurst

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice, approx. 125g per cooking bag
  • salt water
  • 1 pack of sausages (Nuremberg bratwurst), 14 pieces
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Cocktail tomatoes, according to taste and needs
  • 2 yellow bell peppers
  • salt and pepper
  • some vegetable cream, e.g. Rama Culiness, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the boil-in-the-bag rice according to the instructions. Fry the Nuremberg sausages in a pan with Rama Culiness. Remove the Nuremberg sausages from the pan and slice them. Return the sausage pieces to the pan with the tomatoes and peppers and fry everything briefly again. Combine the cream and cheese spread in a separate pot and heat until the cheese spread is melted. Then pour the cheese sauce over the sausages. Drain the rice, remove it from the bag, and add it to the pan. Stir everything together, heat briefly again, and season with salt and pepper.
