Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- some lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pepper, 3-colored, freshly ground
- 400 g cottage cheese
- ½ bunch basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 pieces of tomatoes, dried, pickled
- 1 tbsp walnuts
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the basil, tomatoes, and walnuts. Mix the cottage cheese with all the ingredients and press in the garlic. Place the cottage cheese on two plates. Drizzle the trout fillets with lemon juice, coat them in colored peppercorns, and arrange them on top of the cottage cheese.
