Cucumber Salad No. 2 à la Klaumix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic, approx. 50 g
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 3 red chili peppers, cut into strips
  • 50 ml lime juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Japanese spice mix (Shimichi Togaraschi)
  • n. B. Pepper, black, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Slice or grate the cucumber and chili into small sticks. Finely dice the wild garlic and onion. Then mix all ingredients. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
