  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 2 onions
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 100 g herb cheese spread
  • 100 g cream cheese spread
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the minced meat until crumbly. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Deglaze with the stock. Add the sliced ​​leek. Bring to a boil. Finally, stir in the cheese. Season to taste.
