Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 2 onions
- 1 liter of broth
- 100 g herb cheese spread
- 100 g cream cheese spread
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Brown the minced meat until crumbly. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Deglaze with the stock. Add the sliced leek. Bring to a boil. Finally, stir in the cheese. Season to taste.
