Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- ½ dl cream
- 200 g chestnuts, cooked
- 75 g bacon, diced
- 1 small onion(s), chopped
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- Pepper, from the mill
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Autumnal treat
Whisk the eggs with the cream and season. Fold in the parsley. In a hot pan, cook the bacon cubes and onion briefly, then add the chestnuts and the egg mixture. Mix briefly and then let it set in the pan.
