Goat cheese patties with Serrano ham, rosemary and honey

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of goat cheese (roll)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, Serrano-
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the goat cheese into slices about 1.5 cm thick, wrap them in the ham, and secure with a toothpick. Then heat olive oil, add fresh rosemary sprigs, and fry the cheese until it begins to melt slightly. Then add the honey.
