Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g creamy sheep’s cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g whipped cream
  • 2 sausages (Sucuk, Turkish garlic sausage), approx. 200 g
  • some olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sheep cheese scrambled eggs with sucuk (garlic sausage) – quick and delicious

Slice the sucuk lengthwise and place it in a cold pan. Add a little olive oil and heat. Beat the eggs with the feta cheese and whipped cream until frothy, then add it to the pan and let it set, stirring frequently. Tip: Serve with flatbread.
