Leek with white sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 pack of processed cheese
  • some flour
  • some butter or cremefine
  • e.g. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable stock powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Trim and wash the leek. Sauté in Cremefine or butter, sprinkling with a little flour. Then pour in the milk. Add the cream cheese and season with vegetable stock, salt, and pepper. Delicious with meatloaf or fish. Serve with spaetzle or tagliatelle pasta as a side dish.
