Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bag of rice
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • ¼ liter vegetable broth
  • some butter
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the rice until tender. Sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic in butter. Wash the bell pepper and slice it into strips. Peel and dice the zucchini. Add both to the pan and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the rice and fry briefly. Add the broth, tomato paste, and herbs, and season to taste.
