Summery fresh salad Resi light

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 jar celery salad
  • 6 medium-sized eggs, hard-boiled
  • 200 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 small can of pineapple, pieces, lightly sugared
  • 250 ml Miracle Whip
  • 10 tbsp milk, 1.5%
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

with celery, ham, pineapple, leek and corn – not layered

Drain the celery, corn, and pineapple thoroughly. Peel and finely chop the eggs. Dice the ham. Peel and halve the apple, remove the core, and cut the flesh into small cubes. Trim and wash the leek and slice it into thin rings. Mix the Miracle Whip with the milk. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Remove the pan one hour before serving the next day, mix thoroughly, and season to taste with salt and freshly ground or black pepper. Serve with baguette.
