Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 20 g carrot(s), cut into sticks
  • 20 g spring onions
  • 1 m.-large Pepper
  • 2 tsp broth powder
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Vegetarian, but also something for meat lovers

Cook the noodles for about 10 minutes, or until tender. Meanwhile, combine the oil, soy sauce, and bouillon powder with a little salt, pepper, and paprika. Chop the onion, carrot sticks, chili peppers, and spring onions, even very finely. (I keep a 40g packet of spring onions and carrots in the freezer for a soup I make every now and then; you can, of course, add a little more.) Drain the noodles and add them to a pan, along with all the other ingredients. Sauté everything for about 15 to 20 minutes. Notes: You can also use leftover pasta from the day before. A little garlic or garlic powder refines the recipe. This recipe is vegetarian, but even meat lovers won’t miss it in this recipe, thanks to the seasoning. (And if you do, you can add some ground meat.)
