Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180g spaghetti
- 2 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable stock
- 3 tsp salt
- 300 g vegetable mix (stir-fried vegetables) frozen
- 5 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Quick noodle dish with an Asian touch
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of water with the curry powder, vegetable stock, and salt. Stir-fry the stir-fried vegetables in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil. Drain the cooked spaghetti and stir-fry with the vegetables in the remaining oil, if desired.
