Stuffed peppers in a pressure cooker

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 250 g smoked bacon, diced
  • 1 liter of broth
  • Sauce thickener
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Cut the “lid” off the peppers, remove the seeds, fill the peppers with the minced meat, and replace the lid. Brown the diced bacon and the remaining minced meat in a pressure cooker and add 3/4 of a tube of tomato paste. Stir in the broth and bring to a boil briefly. Then place the stuffed peppers in the pot, cover, and heat until the second ring is visible. Cook at this temperature for about 30 minutes. Then remove the peppers and thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener. Side dishes: rice and salad.
