Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 tsp flour
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 4 tbsp cream
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Divide the broccoli into florets, wash, and cook in salted water until al dente. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Cut the turkey cutlets into 1 cm wide strips and fry in hot oil. Add the onions and fry until translucent. Sprinkle flour over the meat and onion and pour in the broth. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the cream and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir the broccoli into the shredded meat before serving. Serve with rice or potatoes.
