Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g brown rice
- 250 g red bell pepper(s)
- 250 g bell pepper(s), yellow
- 250 g bell pepper(s), green
- 200 g onion(s) (vegetable onion)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp low-fat quark
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Cook the rice. Dice the bell peppers and onion and sauté them vigorously. Stir in the tomato paste, deglaze, and season to taste. Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Knead the rice with the flour, quark, egg, and spices. Form small balls and fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes.
