Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 apples

- 150 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp muesli, unsweetened
- 2 tsp desiccated coconut
- 20 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp brown sugar

Peel and core the apples and pears, cut them into thin slices, and place them in a baking dish. Immediately toss with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Add the raspberries and stir in. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). In a separate bowl, knead the flour, muesli, coconut flakes, softened butter, and sugar into fine crumbs. Mix everything together best by hand. Sprinkle the crumbs over the fruit and bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Total: 11 points, with 4 servings, 3 points per serving.
