Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mirabelle plums, fresh or from the jar
- 150 ml apple juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 50 g chocolate (nougat chocolate)
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g sour milk
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash, halve, and stone the mirabelle plums, or drain the fruit from the jar. Place in a saucepan with 100 ml of apple juice and 1 tablespoon of honey, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining apple juice and add to the plums. Bring to a boil while stirring, then let cool. Grate the chocolate. Mix the quark with the sour milk, the remaining honey, cinnamon, and 2/3 of the chocolate. Divide the mirabelle plum compote among glasses, top with the quark, and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate.
