Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 100 ml oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- 1 tsp, heaped tomato paste
- 4 tsp vinegar
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 2 tsp salt
- pepper
- 50 g cheese, vegan
Instructions

Peel the garlic clove and remove any remaining green shoots. Roughly chop it and place it in a tall bowl with the mustard, soy milk, and 50ml of the oil. Blend with a hand blender until the oil is combined with the milk. Crumble the vegan cheese and add it to the bowl along with the remaining oil and ingredients. Blend again until a creamy consistency is achieved.
