Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 ml milk
  • 125 g herb cream cheese
  • 100 g olives
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Italian herbs (frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • possibly white wine

Pasta with tuna sauce

Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté in a little olive oil until translucent. Then add the tuna in its own juice, milk, sliced ​​olives, and diced tomatoes, and let simmer. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Once cooked, stir the cream cheese into the sauce and season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Add a small ladleful of the pasta water, bring to a boil briefly, and stir in the pasta. A good white wine goes well with this, and can also be added to the sauce to taste.
