Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized banana(s), preferably frozen
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 250 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened, but regular milk can also be used
- n. B. ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Anti-hangover shake
Peel the bananas. Then blend all ingredients until you get a thick, smooth power shake. Enjoy immediately, cool and fresh. Bananas provide fast-acting carbohydrates that provide new energy. Enjoy.
