  • 2 handfuls of cheese, grated

  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tortilla(s) (whole wheat tortilla)
  • some herb cream cheese or yogurt dressing
  • 2 slices of chicken breast or ham
  • 2 handfuls of salad mix
  • 2 slice(s) cucumber(s) or tomato slices

Instructions

Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk with some salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan the size of the tortilla. When the pan is hot, add the cheese. Once the cheese has melted, add the egg and swirl the pan to coat the cheese. Place the tortilla on top of the egg, pressing it down gently. Once the cheese starts to brown, flip the tortilla over so the cheese side is facing up.
