Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 eggs
- 100 g chicken breast
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 2 slices of Cheddar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Fry the bacon in a pan without oil until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in the pan with the bacon until browned. Season with salt and pepper and let cool. Wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Thinly slice the tomato. Wash, peel, and thinly slice the cucumber. Toast the slices of toast until lightly browned. Mix a sauce from mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and a pinch of pepper. Fry the eggs in a pan until fried and just before the eggs are done, place the cheddar cheese on top to melt a little. Spread the sauce over the slices of toast. Then arrange the lettuce leaf, cucumber and tomato slices, chicken strips, and bacon on top. Drizzle some of the sauce over the egg and cheese. Cover everything with the second slice of toast. Serve on two plates and garnish with the remaining ingredients.
