The Day After Raspberry Dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g raspberries, frozen
  • 300 g cream, whipped
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes

Only to be consumed 1 day after preparation!

Spread the frozen raspberries on the bottom of a shallow dish. Whip the cream and mix it with the yogurt. Spread the mixture over the raspberries. Spread brown sugar 2 mm thick over the dessert. Cover with foil and refrigerate until the next day. The sugar will be caramelized by the next day, and the whole dessert will be a dream.
