Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 kiwis
  • 4 apples
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Apple with kiwi sauce

Peel the kiwi and wash, peel, quarter, and core the apples. Place the 4 kiwis, 2 apples, and the honey in a blender and puree. Chill. Cut the other two apples into small pieces and arrange in dessert bowls. Pour the kiwi sauce over the apples and serve cold.
