Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 250 g broccoli
- 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 ml milk or cream
- 250 g potatoes
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped, possibly frozen
- salt and pepper
- Cheese, grated
- nutmeg
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes with their skins on. Wash, trim, and chop the vegetables, and fry them lightly in a pan. Combine the quark, spices, egg, and milk (season generously!). Grease a baking dish with butter, add the puff pastry, peel, and slice the potatoes. Place the potato slices on the pastry, arrange the vegetables on top, and pour the quark mixture over them. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes (gas mark 4, top/bottom heat 180°C).
