Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 25 g vanilla sugar
  • 150 g almond(s), grated
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • powdered sugar

Mix everything well with cold hands and form three rolls about 3 cm thick. Chill for half an hour. Then cut into finger-thick slices and form rolls that are thicker in the middle and thinner towards the outside. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160°C for 18-20 minutes; the croissants should not brown. After baking, let cool and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
