Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- some oil for frying
- 500 g minced beef, or mixed
- e.g. salt and pepper
- some tomato paste
- n. B. water
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- e.g. paprika powder
- e.g. feta cheese

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Low carb suitable
Dice or finely chop the onions and garlic and fry in a little hot oil. Then add the minced meat and fry until brisket, seasoning lightly. Add the tomato paste and fry lightly for flavor. Deglaze with a little water to loosen the juices in the pan. Transfer everything to a slightly larger pot and add the kidney beans and tomatoes. If you like, you can add a little more liquid depending on the desired consistency. Season well with salt, pepper, and paprika and simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Garnish with feta cheese when serving. If you like, you can serve it with some baguette or simmer some brown long-grain bread.
