Arabic salad with goat cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 400 g pear(s)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil)
  • 125 g raisins
  • Salt
  • 200 g cheese (goat cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Tear the washed lettuce into a bowl, chop the pear, avocado, and cheese, and add it to the salad along with the raisins. Mix the oil, vinegar, and honey well, then season with salt and pour over the salad. Mix well. White bread goes well with it.
