Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp margarine or butter, vegan
  • 2 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 2 tbsp, heaped nuts, ground
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp plant milk (plant drink)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 4 minutes

simple, quick, vegan, delicious

Pour the margarine/butter into a cup and melt briefly in the microwave (you can also use 1 tablespoon of oil instead, but it tastes better with the margarine/butter). Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Microwave the cake for 2 minutes at 800 watts. Let it cool slightly and enjoy while still warm.
