Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 croissants or milk croissants
- 500 g cottage cheese
- 2 bananas
- some honey
- 1 handful of almonds, sliced

super quick, easy and low in cholesterol
Toast the sliced almonds in a dry pan (careful! They burn quickly!). Cut the croissants or milk cones open and spread cottage cheese on both sides. Peel and slice the bananas. Arrange them on the bottom halves. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Place the top half on top.
