Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 meringues
- 800 ml cream
- 100 g brittle
- 100 g chocolate shavings, whole milk
- 100 g dark chocolate shavings
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Chocolate decoration as desired (chips, pralines)

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar. Then place the meringues in a freezer bag and roughly crush them. Then mix the meringues, chocolate shavings, and brittle in a bowl and lightly fold them into the cream. Line the bottom of a springform pan with plastic wrap and spread the mixture evenly. Finally, the ice cream cake can be decorated with various toppings. After decorating, place the ice cream cake in the freezer for 11 hours. However, since it is very difficult to cut after this time, it should be removed from the freezer briefly after one hour to portion or cut it into pieces.
