Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 14 meringues
  • 100 g almonds, slivered
  • 1 bar of chocolate (milk)
  • 1 bar of dark chocolate
  • 1 liter of whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Ice cream cake with meringue

Grind the meringue well. Grate the chocolate and whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the meringue pieces, chocolate shavings, and almonds into the cream, pour into a springform pan, and freeze for about 12 hours. Remove from the freezer and serve as needed.
