Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 3 bell peppers, grilled from the jar
  • some cocktail tomatoes
  • 5 tsp pesto
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the potato dumplings in a little oil until golden brown. Meanwhile, cut the grilled peppers and mozzarella into small pieces, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Combine everything in a baking dish and add a few dollops of pesto. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
