Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms, brown
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried
  • 100 ml white wine, dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and wipe them with kitchen paper. Clean the spring onions, wash them, and slice them into thin rings. Peel the garlic and chop very finely. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Sauté for about 2 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and spring onion rings to the mushrooms and sauté briefly. Season everything well with salt, pepper, and dried thyme, and deglaze with the white wine. Simmer for another 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, transfer to a bowl, and let cool. Then refrigerate for about 2 hours.
