Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g kohlrabi
- 150 g carrot(s)
- 150 g leek
- 150 g zucchini
- 150 g bell pepper(s)
- 50 g onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sour cream
- 50 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bunch of thyme
- Salt and pepper, black from the mill
- Garlic clove(s) as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
great with braised chicken
Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots and kohlrabi. Dice everything. Briefly pre-cook in a little boiling salted water. Drain, season with salt and pepper. Place the vegetables in a casserole dish. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, vegetable broth (cooking water), and soy sauce. Add the thyme leaves. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and freshly crushed garlic. Pour the egg-cream mixture over the vegetables. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
