Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers, yellow, pointed
  • oil
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and dry the peppers. Heat oil in a pan and add the peppers, frying them on all sides. Reduce heat and sauté gently until tender, turning occasionally. Arrange on a platter, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and season with salt. Serve with onion, feta cheese, or tzatziki.
