Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 kg asparagus, white
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wrap portions of asparagus tightly in double(!) aluminum foil. Season with salt, sugar, and a little butter. Bake in the oven at approximately 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 15 minutes for very firm asparagus; if you prefer it softer, leave it in for longer. It tastes much more aromatic than cooked asparagus and can be customized in any way you like: For example, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bake with truffle butter, etc. Enjoy!
