Lamb's lettuce with almonds and sesame

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packages of lamb’s lettuce
  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp broth, granulated
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 100 g almond(s), sliced
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the lamb’s lettuce. Bring the vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce to a boil, stir in the broth, and let cool. Whisk the oil into the mixture. Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in a dry pan and add them to the mixture. Let stand for about an hour. Pour the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce and serve immediately.
