Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g turkey meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 350 ml vegetable stock
- 400 g tomatoes, chopped
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 pinch(s) thyme
- 150 g mushrooms, fresh
- salt and pepper

Chop the onion and garlic, dice the turkey, and brown everything together in oil. When the meat starts to brown, deglaze with tomatoes and broth. Clean and finely chop the carrots and mushrooms, and add them. Cook uncovered for 25-30 minutes, then season to taste. One serving has 350 kcal, 12.3 g of fat, or 7 points for the point scorers. Serve with spaetzle or just bread.
