Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 250 g oat flakes, coarse
- 250 g oat flakes, fine
- 400 g honey
- 100 g nuts
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 100 g raisins
- 1 tbsp cream or lemon juice
- Vanilla pod(s), the pulp
- Cinnamon
Instructions

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Lightly brown the oats in it and reduce the heat to low. Add the honey and heat while stirring until lightly browned (caramelized). Add the nuts (roughly chopped if desired), sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, raisins, cream (lemon juice), natural vanilla, and cinnamon; mix everything well. When the mixture is golden yellow, turn off the heat. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread evenly, and press down firmly with oiled hands (careful, it’s hot!). Bake at 150°C for approx. 10-20 minutes. Let the mixture cool for 15 minutes, then cut into bars with an oiled knife. Remove the bars from the baking sheet and let them cool overnight on a wire rack.
