Ingredients for 18 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup(s) oat flakes
- 2 cups flour (whole wheat flour)
- 1 cup(s) cane sugar
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 250 g peanut butter
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 250 g candy (M&M’s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead all ingredients thoroughly. Drop two tablespoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. This yields about 18 large cookies. These cookies are very filling and make a great travel or hiking snack. If you prefer something less “junk food,” try using nuts instead of M&Ms.
