Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 180 g natural yogurt
  • 90 g raspberries, frozen
  • Sweetener as needed

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 35 minutes

Let the chia seeds soak in the milk for at least 30 minutes. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth, then mix with the yogurt. Stir in the soaked chia seeds. Season to taste and add a little more sweetener if desired. Fold in the frozen raspberries, fill into ice cube trays, or similar containers, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
