Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp oats, finely ground
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • olive oil
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tbsp lovage, dried
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely chop the onion and sauté in olive oil. Add the grits and sauté briefly, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetable stock, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes at low heat. Season the soup with salt and lovage and sprinkle with parsley.
