Quick tomato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of tomatoes, pureed (alternatively fresh tomatoes, peeled and pureed)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • oregano
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • some cream
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely dice the onions and fry in the butter. Then add the garlic and fry briefly. Add the passata and water to the pot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Season with pepper, salt, and oregano. Ladle into soup bowls and top each with a dollop of cream before serving.
