Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp water, cold
- ½ tsp salt
- 250 g sheep’s cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp herbs, chopped (parsley or chives)
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- e.g. tomato(s), dried, olives or pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the butter into small pieces and knead it with flour, an egg, salt, and water until smooth. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan, press the edges up slightly, and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Now cut the feta cheese into pieces and mix with the sour cream, 2 eggs, the herbs, and chopped olives, peppers, or tomatoes, if desired. Spread the mixture over the dough and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
