Homemade Kebab Quickly
The perfect homemade kebab quickly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Gyro pan frozen 500 g
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 250 g Cabbage salad / see my recipe: *) / alternatively bought salad
- 200 g Tsatziki / bought here from the Turk / alternatively homemade Tsatziki
- 1 Large tomato approx. 150 g
- Possibly onion strips
- 1 Flatbread / bought here from the Turk
- Put the frozen gyro pan in a pan with hot sunflower oil (4 tbsp) and fry / stir-fry until golden brown. Wash the tomato, remove the stem and cut into slices. Quarter the flatbread, cut each quarter lengthways and bake in the oven at 200 ° C until crispy. Fill the flatbread quarters with coleslaw, gyros, tsatziki and tomato slices and serve. If you want, you could also put onion strips in the kebab. *) Coleslaw
